		<title>Trail and Error Pasta</title>
		<link>http://neil.chaosnet.org/documents/recipes/pasta</link>
		<description>
Though trail and (lots of) error, here's my pasta recipie that's yummy:

Boil water.

Stick MUSHROOMS and SPINACH in the frying pan (wash them first,
naturally,) turn that shit on as well. Of course, you will have to chop
them if you get whole mushrooms.

When the water boils, cook the PASTA; I usally cook it for ten minutes,
despite what the bag says. Do'n't get cheap pasta, get the real shit with
the egg and meat inside; sorry Mom.

While that is going, stirring and tossing every so often, get out the
chopping board. Chop TOMATOES and dice SCALLIONS (I always get them mixed
up, < http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scallion >.)

When you get hungry, or ten minutes have gone turn off the oven (both
burners!) and strain the pasta. Put the pasta on a plate. Put pasta suace
on the pasta; not the no-name crap brand, you want some with vegetables,
you do'n't need a lot. Put the contents of the frying pan on the pasta;
sprinkle the contents of the chopping board on top.

		<title>Neiman Marcus Cookies</title>
		<link>http://neil.chaosnet.org/documents/recipes/neiman-marcus-cookies</link>
		<description>
Neiman-Marcus Cookies:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
    -cream these together
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
    -add to butter mix
2 cups flour (I use whole wheat, unbleached)
2.5 cups blended oatmeal (blended to a fine powder)
0.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
    -mix these into other stuff
1.5 cups chopped nuts (I like hazelnuts but not walnuts)
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. Hershey bar grated -These last two... a little excessive on the
gourmet side. I just throw in a cup full of chocolate chips and it
tastes fine!
    -Now that all these are mixed together... Roll into one inch balls,
    place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375F for about 10
    minutes. They should start to get browned on top. If they're too
    soft add a little more flour. I like them crunchie!

Have fun,
Love you,
MOM

		<title>Rice with a Twist</title>
		<link>http://neil.chaosnet.org/documents/recipes/rice</link>
		<description>
Get the pot and put some water and WHITE RICE in it. Turn on high until it
boils. As soon as it boils, turn all the way down (simmer;) put the lid on
and leave it that way for 30 minutes. The water should have evaporated
long ago.

Get some ICED TEA; mix it in until the rice turns brown. It's actually
good. Serve with a light sprikling of MARGARINE. You could be conservative
and substitude SOYA SAUCE for iced tea; I have'n't tried them together but
I would think that sweet and salty do'n't mix.

I was offered a big bag of groceries no one wanted at the end of my stay
in residences. I finished all of them, but there was this iced tea can in
there; I do'n't like iced tea, so it just sat there. I ran out of sugar
one time, so I substituted ice tea and it was actually pretty good. That's
the story.

		<title>Steak and Potatoes</title>
		<link>http://neil.chaosnet.org/documents/recipes/steak</link>
		<description>
Well, I experimented with this recipie, and I'm pretty sure it wont kill you
in it's current form. I like to get strips of STEAK. One day before, marinade
it, and put it in the fridge:

	a little MILK,
	(peach) YOGHOURT,
	(sweet onion) SALAD DRESSING,
	SOYA SAUCE,
	A1 (HP) sauce,
	MONR\'E AL STEAK SPICE.

I'm not going to lie, that's all the ingredients I had in kitchen, in a
random fashion. Still, the steak that I had last night was very good so you
can do worse, I guess.

Pre-heat the oven to 375\deg F. Take a POTATO and clean it well. Poke
multitudinous holes in it with a fork. Pour OLIVE OIL on it and wrap it in
aluminium foil (I went to the grocery store and bought mine with the foil
already on.) Put it in the oven for just over an hour.

Take the STEAK out and cook it in the frying pan, turning it regularly.

Take a chopping board and slice TOMATOES and SCALLIONS. Prepare your salad by
taking ICEBERG LUTTUCE and putting the former on it; add a bit of sweet onion
SALAD DRESSING.

Get the POTATO when it's finished, unwrap it and slice it in half. Add
(processed) CHEESE and the SCALLIONS to it; wrap it back up to allow the
CHEESE to melt.

When the STEAK is well done, turn off the frying pan and collect the STEAK,
POTATES, and salad on a plate. It's actually really good.

		<title>Waffles</title>
		<link>http://neil.chaosnet.org/documents/recipes/waffles</link>
		<description>
2	c.	flour
1.5	tsp.	b powder
0.5	tsp.	salt
1	tbsp.	sugar
a lot of blueberries

Mix together.

3		eggs
2-7	tbsp	or
1/4-1/3	c	oil/butter
1.5	c	warm milk

Beat together.

Fold together and cook in waffle iron.

Use more milk for pancakes and cook in frying pan or (if you're fancy)
skillet. I do'n't know the difference.

Use more flour for large eggs.

Lately, I cheat, and buy pancake mix.

		<title>Granola Cereal</title>
		<link>http://neil.chaosnet.org/documents/recipes/granola</link>
		<description>
Put the Granola in a bowl.

Get three strawberries. Cut them into a four or eight pieces.

Get milk; pour it onto the granola.

Put the strawberries into the granola and mix it up.

That's it; trust me, it's good.
